There is a fun game in there somewhere but the over complicated controls ruins it for me. Having it just be move, jump and shoot with the keyboard/joystick would be enough and work better with the basic gameplay. Adding ledge climbing and dashing/aiming with mouse is going a bit overboard.

The idea is fun but the random appearance of the raindrops is off.
Often two drops will appear at the exact same time too far apart making it impossible to get them all. Keyboard controls work with firefox but not with chrome.
